It’s important to know about where we are, but also what’s around us too – near and far.
We look at our local area by going on little trips, using maps – paper and digital, we look at climate by measuring temperature and comparing it to other places, we talk about places we’ve been, holidays, trips and find places on the map.
We look at how the world became like it is – oceans, rivers, volcanoes, continents and of course, Roman Britain – often a favourite topic!
Our classes are fun and explorative, full of questions with plenty of time to find answers ad understand!
